A society that is equal and accessible to all individuals.
The association PERPATO began its journey in September 2002, centered around a group of friends and relatives, both disabled and non-disabled, united by a common vision: to advocate for a local community that is friendly and inclusive to all its members, by every possible means.
Over time, this core group grew, welcoming new members—people working toward this vision—and the association's actions expanded beyond the borders of the city and the country. Our intention is to come closer and closer to a society where individuals have equal access to a shared space, where they can coexist, grow, and co-create, driven by their aspirations and characterized by their talents, abilities, challenges, and impairments.
